Julie has spent more than two decades at the intersection of public service, business advocacy, and civic leadership.

Across elected office, state government, and public affairs, Julie has worked with entrepreneurs, employers, and public officials operating under intense public scrutiny, complex ethics rules, and high-stakes decision environments. That work reinforced a long-held belief: transitions out of public office are among the most impactful—and least supported—moments in a public career.

Julie’s work focuses on reputational stewardship, post-employment ethics, and helping leaders translate public service into credible, meaningful next chapters.
